The Huntsville Grand Prix is a yearly CycleKarting event in Huntsville Utah. A Cyclekart is a caricature of a pre-world war II vintage car, or race car built to a certain set of guidelines the real cyclkarters all follow. Each one, built by their drivers to put on quite the show.

Often held in mid-May, it Revolves around town square and commonly involves the whole town as they do love us. We're quite fortunate to be allowed to hold this wonderful event there.

Although born right when it hit... the HGP was a spin-off event filling a void when, for reasons other than the Covid pandemic, The Mighty Tieton Grand Prix was cancelled.

The Mighty Tieton Grand Prix, held in Tieton Washington, was the Cyclekarter's dream destination for many years. By invite only... in her glory, she alone pulled 44 cyclekarts from around the entire planet together once. You can see more here if you like. Egarage Video on the Cyclekart. It's from that very day, and many of the known Cyclekarters you've seen on YouTube are in it.

We are a sibling of the Tieton Grand Prix and run in a strikingly similar fashion.

All driver entry fees are given to the Town of Huntsville... and we even dress the part too!

We're simply glad to have a place to go... and Huntsville Town is the perfect setting.
The first Event was August 22nd, 2020 which enjoyed great success for the pilot event. 23 Cyclekarts attended. This captured the title as the largest cyclekart gathering in the world for 2020.

The 2021 Grand Prix was even larger and tied the largest gathering on this planet with 44 cars. Thanks to Town Council and Mayor Jim Truett, we continued on in the hopes of keeping the ball rolling.

2022 was a different story as gas prices had risen considerably. Many of our bretheren simply couldn't get there resulting in a more cozy event with about 32 cars. Still, it was another success.

2023 turned out to be the largest CycleKart Gathering in world history with 46 Running cars. Everyone was in costume, and every single thing went perfectly. Combined with the food trucks, live band, other music & entertainment locally, it was a spectacle.

The Event is something special. The town is actually older than the cars we recreate. Surviving right through the prohibition, it holds a special place for us.

It is our belief, that a CycleKart is an art form. Sure, they appear to be race cars but they're really an expression that results in ingenuity and fun in the build as well as a special kind of culture that we love...the people.

...and the people are just the best.

We're not out to win any trophy.
